Zillow provides home value estimate (Zestimate) based on the address entered. With Zillow extension for Zoho CRM, you can now view the home valuation information directly in the leads and contacts detail page. All the valuation details will appear in the details or you can choose to search for these details using the Zillow tab.

Install the Zillow extension

You can either go to the Zoho Marketplace and install the Zillow extension or log in to your Zoho CRM account and install.

To use the Zillow extension you have to have it installed to your Zoho CRM account.

1. Click on Setup > Marketplace > All.
2. All the installed extensions are listed. Under All Extensions you can view all the extensions supported in CRM.
3. Click All Extensions, browse through for Zillow and click it. The details about the extension will be available.
4. Click on the Install Now button.
5. In the Agreement page make sure that the check box is checked and click Continue to Install.
   
6. In the next page chose for which users you want to install the extension and then click Confirm.
   • You can install it for users with administrative profile only.
   • You can install it for all users.
   • You can choose for which profiles you want the extension to be installed.
7. The extension will be installed automatically for the specified users.
   After installation Zillow tab, Zillow Comparable Homes and Zillow Property Info related lists will be automatically created.
   

Using Zillow Extension

Using Zillow extension allows you to view property details in two different instances.

Record Details Page

To view the Zestimate in the details page of leads and contacts, you just have to update the relevant address information in the record. Once this is done, the related information will automatically get updated in the Zillow Comparable Homes and Zillow Property Info in the record detail page.

Zillow Property Info: It gives you all the details related to the property.
Zillow Comparable Homes: It gives you a list of similar properties.

Zillow Tab

Using Zillow tab you can enter the address of the relevant home to get its details. It will list the Property details, Zestimate details, list of Comparable homes and Map with directions to the property.
You can also choose an address form a lead or contact and view the details of that property. To get an idea of what details are displayed in the search results, you can select choose sample address and view the details of the sample property.

Uninstall the extension

You may wish to uninstall the Zillow extension when it is no longer needed. To uninstall the extension:

1. Go to Setup > Marketplace > All > Installed Extensions.
2. Find Zillow extension and click on Uninstall.
   
3. Click Ok to confirm uninstallation.
4. The extension will be uninstalled.
