Using Leads App to Capture Leads

Using Leads App to Capture Leads

Whenever you participate in a trade show, one of the most important things is the trade show lead management. Your sales staff needs to be better equipped with the right tools to store the lead information. Not only this, they should also be able to identify and collect qualified sales prospects. In the overall trade show lead management, the last yet the most important stage of your campaign is having a follow-up plan.

It is important that the sales team does not lose the valuable leads to the competitors but engage the prospects even before the trade show is over. In that case, having a follow-up plan developed before the event is very useful.

Collecting qualified leads and transferring them to your sales teams, who can effectively follow up with the prospects, needs to be a hassle free process. Zoho's Leads app (iPhone and Android) helps you manage the leads easily with the business card and badge scanner options that scans the information and stores it as a lead in your Zoho CRM account.

Benefits

The Leads app has the following benefits:

  • Eliminate the long hours that the lead information takes to reach the sales team for a quick follow up. You can quickly add leads and assign them to the sales rep while you are still at the trade show.
  • Evaluate your campaign's success by identifying campaigns that generate quality leads. From the Leads app, associate leads to the campaigns in your Zoho CRM account and keep track of them.
  • Keep your team members informed as you interact with the potential customers by updating tasks and notes for the leads in the app.
  • Export the leads as a CSV file and avoid the task of maintaining a separate spreadsheet.
