Setup integration
To setup the integration,
- Go to Setup > Channels > Telephony.
- Choose Sipgate from the PhoneBridge Marketplace.
- Click Integrate.
Note down the Sipgate PhoneBridge Token. This token is required to activate the integration.
Using Sipgate integration
Once the set up is done, you can start managing all the incoming and outgoing calls inside your CRM. Calls will be made and received via Sipgate and will be automatically logged in the Activities module of your CRM account. Click here for more details.
