The Setup categories in Zoho CRM have been re-organized for better navigation and visibility. We at Zoho CRM strive to constantly improve our product to help you do better sales. And as we include more feature sets and enhancements, it becomes necessary for us to ensure that they are easily accessible within the application. Hence the re-organization of the Setup screen.

Changes in Setup Category Titles
Earlier, the Setup page displayed six categories. Now there are eight. The table below lists the new and modified cateogory titles.

Marketplace (Renamed)*
The category Extensions & APIs has been renamed as Marketplace.
All third-party integrations in Zoho CRM and Zoho Marketplace extensions are now grouped under this category.
Channels(New)**
One of the greatest features of Zoho CRM is that it enables you to reach out to your customer via multiple communication channels from one place. Whether it is email, live chat, phone or social media, Zoho CRM gives you the sales context to conversations with your customers, all within a single application. Hence all these touch-points have been grouped under Channels.
DeveloperSpace(New)***
Any setting that needs the expertise of a developer or programmer have been grouped under Developer Space.

Extensions & APIs
- The category Extensions & APIs has been renamed as Marketplace.
- The Extensions that you find under CRM Marketplace have now been grouped under All (Extensions).
- Slack has been included inside All (Extensions).
- Other extensions such as Zoho, Google and Microsoft can be accessed from the respective categories under Marketplace.
Customization
There is no change in Customization except that the option Modules has been renamed as Modules and Fields. All other settings remain the same.
