Scan Business Card
To scan a business card
- Place the business card on the desk and tap ScanCard in the Leads app.
Your iPhone will take a photo of the business and scan the details. These details will be populated in the lead's form.
- Make the necessary changes to the lead details and tap Save.
Scan Badge
To scan badge
- Tap ScanBadge in the Leads app.
Your iPhone will take a photo of the QR code and populate the details in the lead's form.
- Make the necessary changes to the lead details and tap Save.
Add Leads
Within the Leads app, you can add leads. Lead information can also be scanned and added in the app.
To create a record
- Tap AddLead.
- In the Add screen, enter the lead's details.
- Tap Save.
Edit Leads
To edit a record
- Tap on the record that you want to edit.
- Tap Edit.
- Make the necessary changes and tap Save.
Change App Settings
Under the Lead app's setting, you can do the following:
- Add languages - You can select languages from English, French, German and Spanish. When a business card is in one of the selected languages, the lead information is populated in the app.
- Save to Photostream - You can store a copy of the business cards/badges in your iPhone's Photostream.
- Feedback - Any comments or suggestions regarding the app can be sent to our team.
- Send Crash Reports -
- Zoho Account Details - You can log out from the Leads app and log in again using the Zoho CRM login credentials.
To change app settings
- Tap the Settings icon in the Leads app.
- In the Settings screen, you will have the options mentioned above.
- Make the necessary changes and tap Save.

- The Location Service settings should be switched on.******
- Only the contacts within the specified radius will be located in the map.
