InsideView is a sales intelligence platform that can help you gain comprehensive information about your Zoho CRM records. This extension leverages InsideView APIs and helps you enrich Zoho CRM information. You can fast-track your Account/Lead/Contact data entry process by using shortened forms. Additionally, you can explore more Leads related to the Deals that have already been won.
This extension allows users to do the following:
You can either go to the Zoho Marketplace and install the InsideView extension or log in to your Zoho CRM account and install from there.
To use the InsideView extension, you need to install it in your Zoho CRM account.

While creating a new Lead, Account, or Contact record using the InsideView extension component, you can determine what values from InsideView® should be prefilled to which fields in Zoho CRM. For example, if you select Company under Zoho CRM Leads corresponding to Company under InsideView Fields (refer to screenshot below), then while creating a Lead (as explained here), the Company value from InsideView will be prefilled to the Company field in Zoho CRM. This mapping can be done in the InsideView Configuration web tab. You can choose to enable this by selecting the Overwrite Existing checkbox.

You can add a Leads record using details retrieved from InsideView and prepopulating these details in the record. Use the InsideView Sync button to perform a search for a Lead using Company and Last name. Upon selecting a Lead from the search results, you can choose the details that you want to retrieve from InsideView.
You can find out prospective Leads from the same location and industry as an existing deal. These can be added to your CRM system using Fetch Similar Contacts button in the Deals module.
From the People tab (refer this section for details), you can add the listed people as a new Lead or Contact by clicking on the name of the person. If there are matching Leads/Contacts records already existing in CRM, those records will be listed. These records fetched will be based on the last name of Leads/Contacts. You can select one of these records and retrieve the latest data updated from InsideView.
You can add a Contacts record using details retrieved from InsideView and prepopulating these details in the record. Use the InsideView Sync button to perform a search for a Contact using Company and Last name. Upon selecting a Contact from the search results, you can choose the details that you want to retrieve from InsideView.
The process is similar to creating new leads from the Accounts module (refer this section for details).
You can add an Account record using details retrieved from InsideView and prepopulating these details in the record. Use the InsideView Sync button to perform a search for an Account using the Account name and Website address fields. Upon selecting an Account from the search results, you can choose the details that you want to retrieve from InsideView.
In a Lead record, additional details retrieved from InsideView are shown in a related list titled InsideView. From here, you can also get the latest data from InsideView by clicking Update to Zoho CRM.
If the Lead record is created by manually entering details, then the related list InsideView will display records matching the Company and Last Name of the Lead (refer to screenshot below). You can select one record and map its details to the Lead record. If no matching records are found for Company and Last Name, an error message will display.
In a Contact record, additional details retrieved from InsideView are shown in a related list titled InsideView. From here, you can also get the latest data from InsideView by clicking Update to Zoho CRM.
In an Account record, additional details retrieved from InsideView are shown in a related list titled InsideView. Details about the organization, key people, and the latest news about the organization are displayed in this related list. From here, you can also get the latest data from InsideView by clicking Update to Zoho CRM. This will only update the details in the Overview tab.
