Can you reactivate my account?

Sorry, we cannot reactivate your account. Instead, you can create a new Zoho CRM account and upload the data again in the new account. You can download your data by clicking on the link provided in the notification email that was sent to you.

How can I download my data from the closed account?

To download the data from the closed Zoho CRM account:

  1. Click on the link provided in the notification email that was sent to you.
  2. Log in with the email address (provided in the email) and your password for the account. Make sure that you are not logged into other Zoho accounts in the same browser.
  3. Click on the Download link to get all you data.

Why was my Zoho CRM account closed, when I use it regularly?

We have closed the Zoho CRM account that was associated to the email address mentioned in the notification email sent to you. Closing your CRM account will not affect the other Zoho services. You can continue to use the other Zoho services.

If you are using a different email address to log in, we suggest you to log in to your account at least once in a week, so that the account will be kept active.
