Upgrade to Paid Edition

To upgrade from Free to Paid Editions

  1. Click Subscription.
  2. Check out the Zoho CRM Editions and click Upgradenow for the corresponding Edition to which you want to upgrade.
  3. In the Purchase Details pop-up, do the following:
    • Choose the number of user licenses from the drop-down.
    • Select the additional storage, if required, from the drop-down.
    • Choose the Payment Frequency as Monthly or Yearly.
    • Click Continue.
    • Fill in your Credit Card Details.
    • Click Review and Pay.
      Review your credit card details and the purchase details.
    • Click Pay.

To upgrade from one Paid Edition to another

  1. Click Subscription.
  2. In the Subscription Details page, click Upgrade Edition.
    Alternatively, you can also click the Change Edition link.
  3. Check out the Zoho CRM Editions and click Upgrade now for the corresponding Edition to which you want to upgrade.
  4. In the Upgrade Edition pop-up, review the Edition and the transaction amount.
  5. Click Review and Pay.
  6. In the Review and Pay pop-up, click Pay.

Purchase User Licenses

Users are the ones who can log in to your Zoho CRM account, access CRM data and use various functions according to the permissions configured by the administrator.

To purchase user licenses

  1. Click Subscription.
  2. In the Subscription Details page, click Purchase More Users.
  3. In the Add user subscription pop-up, select the number of users you want to purchase.
    The transaction amount will be listed.
  4. Review the details and click Review and Pay.
  5. Click Pay.

Enable/Disable Features

Some of the features need to activated for the users in your Zoho CRM account.

To enable/disable features

  1. Click Setup > Users&Permissions > Profiles.
  2. In the Profiles page, click the Edit link for the profile for which you want to enable the feature.
  3. Under Apps Permissions, select/clear thecheck box for the corresponding feature.
  4. Click Save.

Downgrade to an Edition

You can downgrade your Zoho CRM account anytime. The configurations of various features will be available for a period of 15 days after the downgrade. During this period, you can upgrade again. After 15 days, the configurations will be deleted from your account, if the corresponding feature is not available in the selected Edition.

To downgrade from one Paid Edition to another

  1. Click Subscription.
  2. In the Subscription Details page, click the Change Edition link.
  3. Check out the Zoho CRM Editions and click Downgrade for the corresponding Edition to which you want to downgrade.
  4. In the Downgrade Edition pop-up, specify the reason for downgrading.
  5. Select the I'm aware of the features that I will miss due to this downgrade checkbox.
  6. Click Downgrade.

To downgrade from Paid to Free Edition

  1. Click Subscription.
  2. In the Subscription Details page, click the downgrade to free edition link.
  3. In the Complete Downgrade to Free pop-up, specify your reason for downgrading.
  4. Click Downgrade now.

Unsubscribe User Licenses

You can cancel licenses anytime you want in Zoho CRM. Please note that when you deactivate a user, the user license is not canceled. You will be billed for the number of user license that you had bought. You need to cancel the user license if you do not want to use it.

To unsubscribe user licenses

  1. Click Subscription.
  2. In the Subscription Details page, click the Reduce Users link.
  3. In the Reduce user subscription pop-up, select the number of user licenses that you want to unsubscribe.
  4. Click Reduce.

Update Credit Card Details

You can update your credit card details anytime. Note that, your credit card details are not stored anywhere in our applications. The details you provide are secured and authenticated by VeriSign.

To update credit card details

  1. Click Subscription.
  2. In the Subscription Details page, click the Change Credit Card link.
  3. In the Credit Card Details pop-up, specify the card details and click Save.

View Next Transaction Details

You can view your next transaction details in your Zoho CRM account.

To view next transaction details

  1. Click Subscription.
  2. In the Subscription Details page, the next transaction details will be listed with the following details:
    • Credit Card Number
    • Next Transaction Amount
    • Next Transaction Date

View Subscription History

You can view all your previous transactions in your Zoho CRM account.

To view your subscription history

  1. Click Setup > Subscription.
  2. In the Subscription Details page, click the Subscription History link.
  3. In the License Order History page, the subscription history will be listed.
